If you already have Medicare, I compare the choices in front of you: Medicare Supplement, also called Medigap, Medicare Advantage, and Part D prescription drug plans. This is not a one time decision. Many clients come back each autumn because plans can change on January 1. Doctors, drugs, benefits, and costs can all be different.

- Six rounds of email follow up across one month
